While the Corona pandemic is cutting logistics chains and creating chaotic markets, BLANCO is in the process of transforming itself from a sink and faucet specialist to a systems provider. This was a complex situation that had to be explored by the controlling department and then solved in a very considered and highly agile manner.
We spoke with Matthias von Daacke. He is Head of Global Controlling at the BLANCO Group and can explain the challenges that lie behind him and his team – and also comment on current developments and trends in the digitalization of controlling.
