The Planning Survey 24 is based on the world's largest survey of planning software users, which was conducted from November 2023 to February 2024. With 1,272 participants and the analysis of 21 providers, the survey offers comprehensive insights into 33 different criteria (KPIs) per peer group, including aspects such as business value and customer satisfaction.

The products of the respective providers were divided into six different peer groups. Valsight was assigned to the peer groups “Products for Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting” and “Midsize/Departmental Implementations” and was rated accordingly.

Valsight achieved remarkable results in the Planning Survey 24 and was ranked as number 1 in 24 categories and as one of the leading providers in 17 other categories. The top-ranked scores in categories such as Customer Satisfaction, Ease of Use, Planning Functionality, Price to Value, Simulation and Driver-Based Planning are particularly noteworthy. These results underline Valsight's strong position in the planning software market, particularly in the DACH region.

In addition to the top rankings for the product's functionalities themselves, Valsight stands out from other competitors thanks to its high level of customer satisfaction and the quality of its support. The results in the Driver-Based Planning and Simulation categories have been outstanding since 2019. It is worth highlighting that Valsight has established itself as the leading tool for simulation in its peer groups for five consecutive years, complemented by its leading position in the area of Driver-Based Planning over the last four years.
