Who is Behind Valsight?

We are a team of over 30 enthusiastic, nerdy, outspoken, and close-knit individuals with diverse backgrounds, interests, and passions, even while working remotely.

Not only do we collaborate on creating a fantastic product, but we also enjoy shared activities like (international) company trips, parties, and get-togethers at the billiard table or over drinks in the Schöneberg neighborhood of Berlin. In doing so, we not only share our company values, but also the conviction that talented and motivated people are crucial in successfully shaping our future.

Our Hiring Process



We recommend sending us a resume. If you don't have one, you can still apply. A comprehensive LinkedIn profile is equally helpful. This information allows us to assess a potential fit. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications without this information.


Phone Interview

After reviewing your resume, we will invite you to a phone interview with someone from our HR team. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other better and see if we are a good fit for each other.


Challenge (optional)

Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a task either at home or in our office within a specific time frame.


Personal Interview

Next, we will invite you to a personal interview. We recommend that you answer our behavioral interview questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). We are also looking forward to hearing your questions. The personal interviews can last between one to three hours, and we will inform you about the duration beforehand.
