Team Valsight, that is: Currently a good 30 enthusiastic, nerdy, cheeky people that, despite remote work (our colleagues from abroad have lately been in the office ‘surprisingly’ rarely), are growing together into a team with different backgrounds, interests and passions. We are working together on a fantastic product, while also enjoying billiards games, bake nights, company parties and trips, the daily lunch excursion in the nearby Schöneberg Kiez, Wednesday drinks, and quiz nights and who are: united about our company goals and values.

Valsight during Corona
Our office is open while we work from home. Up to 10 people can be in our office at the same time while keeping everyone safe.
Due to the current situation, we do not travel to customers on-site. This is for the health and safety of our team and our customers.

Yes, we are also tired of hearing “flat hierarchies” and “hands-on mentality” and instead say: We want to grow together, tackle things, constantly improve and think ahead. We can only do that if we are open and transparent with each other, regardless of job title. It is very important to us that everyone is heard and seen, and that insights into all departments are possible at all times. This is supported by various formats, such as our Ask-me-Anything breakfasts, company retros, the monthly Pulse Survey (in which team spirit always gets top marks) and much more.
Smells likes team spirit
We are a diverse group of people who like to hang out together from time to time. Meaning: Team-building events are not prescribed “from above” but requested “from below”. And so we enjoy getting together offline on short trips, office parties or boat trips. But even online, the pandemic-related “zoom fatigue” can’t keep us away from weekly game nights.
